If you mean an active home page, yes, Hongcouver.com is currently hosted live. If you are talking about the word "Hongcouver" itself, it is becoming less derogatory over the years; and as a "target victim" of that term myself who has briefly stayed in Vancouver, I find it quite charming both visually and phonetically.
