Hey folks,

I was billed for winning GPS-MAPS.com by NameWinner.com, but their registration partner, onlinenic.com, who actually got the domain name for NameWinner / Me, claims that one of their own customers got the domain name first.

NameWinner support has tried to determine the real winner by comparing registration 'time-stamps' with onlinenic.com, but there has been no resolve and now NameWinner is giving up my fight and offering a refund. it SUX

Does anyone know how to prove something like this?

As I understand, registrations can be tracked down to 1/10 of a second.

Any help / guidance.

Ask NameWinner to drop OnlineNIC from their affiliates or you will sue.

You'd be surprised just how often this works. Its the squeaky wheel that gets the grease.
