I understand that if you have successfully used your credit card to buy one or more domains, there is less chance of fraud, and so your limit is increased.

ps. There might be some possibility of having it raised earlier by contacting NameWinner, or maybe this is only for people who have already bought names and need a higher limit that they already have.
In any case, if you really need you limit increased quickly, I reckon it is worth trying to contact [email protected] or whatever.
