IBM are one of the many companies working on this tecnology. They are also working on a completely new CPU concept using 'nanotubes' : tubes just one atom thick which conduct light - don't have a link but will find one and post it if anyone wants it.

Even though nanotechno is not a misspelling , it is truncated word and the owner of nanotechnology.com will not like this word. Now whether he has legal grounds to grind your name - I do not know. Post this in the legal section for comments. Good luck.
