Need a registrar that will not disable/suspend a domain for any reason.

Hello,

I run several small web hosting companies offering free and paid hosting.
I currently use enom for my main domains as well as customer domains, because i have a 6.95 reseller account there.

But recently I had my main domain suspended, because one of our free customers set up a fraud ebay site. This domain hosts over 30k+ free websites and about 1000 paid and they shut it down for 3 days is completely unacceptable. Their abuse department does not have a phone number nor do they work on weekends. So my domain was down for over 3 days.

This is stupid, because anything hosted on a site is the problem of the server host and bandwidth providers, the registrar should keep out of it.

I was not using enom's dns or hosting.

Does anyone know a good registrar that will not shut down a domain?

It appears that is a reseller. You will need to check with the parent registrar to make sure they do not cancel domains.
