Whats the easiest way to get an excel file of 100k+ parts into a mysql database?

I'm no programmer but am trying to learn and put something together in php/mysql.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Save the file as a CSV file and then upload into the Mysql database via PhpMyAdmin for ease as a comma delimited file
