Need Content Creator recommendation

I have recently acquired a name with good potential for niche traffic and have seen some quick content site creation software advertised her.

Anyone have experience or recommendations for creating a content site that I can add Adsense and other ads to?

Wordpress is definitely the way to go. Easy to setup and add content, integrate adsense, etc.

Wasn't there a product advertised here recently that creates topic pages based on a keyword or keywords or theme? Anyone recall?
