Need good mass mailer that pulls domain owner.

I need a good mass mail product that can pull the domain admin from whois and send a custom email to them with the domain name in the subject.

I know it sounds like spamming but I actually have a good use for it.

Anyone care to share one please PM me.

It can be done and it is a two steps processes.
1. Pull the who is and save to a string
2. Scan the string and save the email to a flat file or MySQL

The $52 question is you said it is not spamming but you plan to send mass unsolicited emails?
