I need an honest opinion, I purchased this domain a couple of weeks ago, and I created a database of tips in how to improve SEO, the site is 900 or so pages,
is simple, lots to read, and very functional, I just add the Adsence code to see how it goes, I have not gotten any solid stats since I started the site as I mentioned.

The domain is worth "reg fee"

The site has a lot of content and look good imo, so it has value, at least for the time you spent developing it.

Once it gets crawled and ranked, then it can be appraised accordingly.
