Hi guys,

It looks like I posted in the wrong forum and now the thread has been moved from a Gold Forum (Social Bookmark) to a Platinum Forum (Trade Links). I am getting a few comments and I want to be polite and let members know that I cannot respond. Is there a particular moderator that I should try to contact to put a note on that thread? Thanks for the help.

Hi Rich, yes the thread was moved to the advertising area from the discussion forums.

I will post to the thread for you that you cannot reply till you upgrade your membership.

Please check the rules,

http://www.dnforum.com/rules.php#7
7. You may only advertise in the designated advertising forums. One thread creation per 24 hours is allowed per advertising forum. You may not post the same sale thread within a seven day period. In other words, if no one has replied to your sale, do not create a new thread with the same domain or service until after seven days.
and
http://www.dnforum.com/rules.php#15
15. Do not promote your websites, domains, company, or services in any of the discussion forums. This includes starting a thread, or replying to a post. If a member is seeking assistance or looking for a certain type of product, the best way to offer your services is to send a PM, unless the thread has been created in one of the Advertising forums (or Help Wanted), where you then may reply to a post with a self-promotion.

I realize it was probably a simple oversight and I also realize the situation the thread being moved has put you in now. I will post to the thread to let them know.

I had closed that thread, after it was moved and sent a pm to the OP about advertising his website in a Discussion forum.

Thanks
