Wanted: Service Need To Break Language Barrier

I have an agent who needs to acquire two domains for his client. One is regged by a Korean gentleman and the other a Finnish gentleman. I tried to email the Korean on e first but the email bounced right back to me, so I think that maybe my email doesn't support their characters or something. If anyone can help, please let me know and what you would require as compensation for your services.
