need to reg 2 .ws's for $10 each (paypal)

This is confirmed. Though bad marketing against resellers (WWD). I have reseller (www.centerdomain.com) selling $15 for .ws and godaddy is selling $9.95. Godaddy slowly killing it's resellers.
Unlike enom, they still selling domains on the recommended price range that e.g. $29.95 while most resellers such as www.myid.biz sell 8.75 for low price retails. Both party earn profits not just the main parent.
This is one reason I use enom as my primary registrar.

Seems like you're looking for a cheap deal, but I'll offer anyway 
I can do a .US for $5 plus 320 DNF$ (at a reseller site).
Or a .WS for $10 plus 295 DNF$ (at GoDaddy).
A little discount if you want multiple at once.
