Need your advice about the Geo domain name quality

What is the best standards about Geo domain such as

City population

Search volume

Best niches

Name sale on namebio

Etc,

I used to do that a fair amount and sell them wholesale to domainers.

I tended to stick to medium size cities (the large ones were gone.

There used to be a script/software you could put in a list of cities and services and it would give you what was avail.

I would check searches, and bids...and look at appraisals

Mostly I looked for services that many dont have a brick and mortar store.

Fencing, roofing, carpet.

It stopped working several years ago. There are a couple of some that are close but not as good. That software was only like $10, but it quit working and never came back that I saw...that was almost 10 years.

GoDaddy's Domain Academy has a tool now.

It's free too. Just need a DCC membership.
