I received an offer on the domain fine art international .com (no spaces). I usually contact the surrounding extensions with an option to buy first but this is an outside source. After receiving I did send the two other extension holders an email (one of which lives 15 minutes away) but how much do you think I should shoot for? The offer was in the mid $xxx range but I think I could pull mid $xxxx if not more.

I guess it all depends on how is buying.
You probably could pull a few hundred $ more, since anyone buying that name must be a company that either uses it, or wants to use it.
It is a difficult call, and you have to follow your instincts.
I'd either settle for the current offer or ask for high $xxx max.

They obviously have a strong interest. Make them a counter offer and then take it from there.

Good luck with the sale!
