Very brandable webmaster-related .com.
Site can be used to discuss a webmaster's constant desire to obtain more links, both through natural methods and through purchasing (even though Google is really trying to put a stop to purchasing links now). Creating an informative portal on methods of naturally obtaining incoming links could be huge (how to get digg'd, shocking content, debatable content, causing drama in the blog world to create links).
I don't see myself selling this for less than low $x,xxx, but would entertain all serious offers.
