First off, this is not a final thing, I'm seeing what type of offers I can get. If I get good offers, I may CONSIDER selling.
I bought a previously popular web site a few months ago for about $25.00 or so (the site had been dead for about a year), and developed it into its former glory. Previous to the site dying, it got about 7,500 unique hits per day.

The site is active, and has a forum (IPB) that is fully modded, and customized with roughly 3,100 members, and about 100,000 posts. It's fairly active and gets about 30-40 new members a day.
Within the last few days we've been getting about 4,000-5,000 unique hits per day, and that is increasing. We are busiest during weekends.
The actual site has over 400 pages of content, run from a custom made content management system, hundreds of guides, lots of tutorials, daily posted news (by unpaid staff), a portal, and more.
The site is run by about 15 unpaid, yet very talented staff members.
The site does require a lot of updates in order to mantain traffic, and is a fan site for a popular online game (Neopets). I've run it purely as a hobby, not a job, and due to time limitations and the site getting expensive due to bandwidth (images are hosted on another site that uses 50 GB/month) costs, actual site uses 80 GB/month.
I'd still be able to manage the web site, the bills would just be sent to you. The site which we are a fan site of has fairly strict terms regarding ads, as does our site. We do not allow popups or spyware, or anything that could harm a user's computer. Google Ads or related would be best.
Offer what you'd like, I'd be interested. Nothing less than $250 though.
