Of course this is one of the meanings of Security, but possibly not the most obvious. The term get 40 Million Google and some US Overture, so it is obviously used. There are no Google Adwords at Google.cn, which one would now expect for commercially active terms.

I would guess that longer term you are probably talking around $20K for the dot com. However, in the current market you would be struggling to get much more than $1,000, even for the dot com. The general consensus is that dot nets will be worth about 20% of the value of dot coms, so say perhaps $200.

I above, however, is pure conjecture at this stage and the term could be worth considerably more. Much depends on the commercial context in which it might be applicable. Definite Hold in my view.
