Hi

I'd appreciate your thoughts regarding the domain names NeverSoft.co.uk and PureData.co.uk, e.g. what are they worth as a minimum?

Thanks in advance,

Craig

Neversoft is a well known game developer, they make the Tony Hawk series as far as I know....So that's not worth a great deal unless it makes money and even then being a fairly strong TM infingement so that decreases the x month value a lot.

PureData.co.uk, not worth a great deal...sounds like a company name, £xxx at the most to someone who can find a use for it :)

All IMO of course.

Is neversoft.co.uk a TM infringement at all? e.g. Neversoft.com is a game developer, whereas Neversoft.com.au is a computer hardware seller?

As for PureData.co.uk, Pure Data is a real-time graphical dataflow programming environment for audio, video, and graphical processing.

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate your time and input

Neversoft isnt even really the company to go after someone for TM issues.

Not embarassed to say I am a professional Online Tony Hawk Player.

Well there is no TM for NeverSoft in the UK, but i'm pretty sure they could still argue some rights to it should they ever feel the urge, for this reason alone I can't see any massive resale value.

Pure Data on the other hand is a registered trademark belonging to Belkin Corporation.

But so long as you don't use the domain under the Class 9 above, you should be fine.

Good luck
