It isn't worth arguing over. However, them being in the middle of posts is annoying as they come, but it is what it is.

I am pretty sure its only for the upcoming event, but all in all I don't think they are so invasive... Remember the economy, I am sure revenue is down here quite a bit. Looks like its only one extra banner anyways...

Money talks. It's annoying, but it's a private forum and it didn't say "You will be flooded with adverts" when we paid, I guess. So I guess they're allowed to do it.

Well, not "I guess" - they are allowed to do it. It is, however, annoying. Especially since this is a paid-only forum.
