New Domain Management Tool Broken?

When I go to the new domain management tool, all my domains show up as haveing no keyword set? Is this the same for anybody else?

All my keywords are still set in "Parking Optimizer". If you put in a new keyword it can take 1-3 days before its approved and set. The status square will go from red to yellow when you first type it in and turn green when approved and set.
