New Double Length Domain Sales Report at DNJournal.com

I was away last week covering the T.R.A.F.F.I.C. Silicon Valley conference in Santa Clara, California, so this week we have published a double length domain sales report that will bring you completely up to date on all sales reported to us since our last column two weeks ago. All three of our Top 20 charts have been expanded to 40 positions to accommodate the double dose of information. The .coms and ccTLDs continue to dominate our all extension leader board. .Coms swept the first ten positions and 26 of 40 overall but the country codes also continued to flex their muscles with ten entries on the elite list. The non .com gTLDS also scored thanks to a quartet of .net sales. You can get all of the details here:

Andrew, have to agree -- looks like some buyers got good deals. VRL.net at 12.8k was a pretty nice sale.

The Global Contenders (non .com gTLDs) got on the board thanks to a quartet of .net sales let by #19 MML.net, a name that sold for $18,000 through the AfternicDLS. The interesting thing about that sale is that the seller just picked that domain up in March for a mere $1,500 via SnapNames. That's a heck of a return on a two-month investment.
