Employee Nutrition Motion:
In addition to the Free Pizza resolution, the following rules will apply, being reset weekly. If the item is a large item such as a pizza, chicken, salads or sandwiches, department rules will apply. For smaller items such as dipping sauce , beverages or snack items, individual rules will apply and employees may bank Free Pizza credits.
Any weekly credits given may be used the next week and may be converted to cash or other consideration semi-annually. Credits must be used within six months or converted to cash or other consideration of the date they are granted or they will become null and void.
To be debated by ICANN IV gTLD Board panel meeting.
