Very interesting case. I have found the Lavasoft ad aware product very useful to remove popups and other unwanted software.

What I find interesting about this is what happens when the software that adaware removes is installed by a minor that is not of legal age to form contracts?

Maybe this belongs in the Legal Discussion...
