great looking site. I bought this for resale (with resell rights), but after working with it some of templates look fimiliar to me. I wrote them and if the templates turn out to be from an inproper source they have promised to redo site and send me the new site. I plan to redo the site for self with the more common templates I feel safer with for myself.
