I am sure this domain is not going to bring trouble if that is the case i believe xbox360forum.com or other xbox domains would have been taken down as well but they are up for pretty long time now.

Hi Zehrila. I would say $0 as well. The reason for this isn't only the TM issues that might come up, but the xbox360elite is not a "new" console, it's just an upgrade of the x360 premium with bigger hard drive and HDMI output. The games are the same, the technology is the same etc. So my point is, there is no need for a forum for the upgraded version of the xbox 360 as owners of the Elite-version will still only be discussing games and accessories, which is already going on at the zillion other xbox 360 forums. Good luck though.
