I realize that the hyphen hurts its value (besides this not being a .com) but non-hyphenated version was a "reserved" name (along with all other 50 state's names) and not available for general public.

Valuations "as such" and any ideas for development will be greatly appreciated.

.US is really drying up isnt it ! ...

what so you guys think anyways?
personally, I would never register a .us name unless it was something like music.us or news.us
Dont see how that TLD will ever become used widely?

which ones were they? did you get much?

A pretty good name even if I don't like domains with a hyphen. Don't know much about its value, but I think it could be worth something for someone in need of a New York domain. After all there are not that many of them out there, and they are most likely not to be sold by their current owners.

Good Luck!

No wonder you don't like .us icehole - you're in Sweden! Certainly it is unproven. I am among those who think it has a shot - but it is still years away to be sure. I expect in the meantime some people will get tired of holding their names and I would like to pick up a few really good ones dirt cheap.

duke: I dont like .se either.
What has me not liking .us have to do with me living in sweden?
I have also lived in the US if it helps lol

I mean, when someone is sitting in front of their comp and try to remember that domainname the saw before, I dont think they will ever try .us
but who knows.
Perhaps it grows like crazy

I think it will only be popular here Icehole. But the US is a huge market. Surprised you don't like .se. We wouldn't find in any interest in it here but I thought it was fairly popular there.

After 9 posts, nobody appraise the name in a number.

Let put it this way, anyone here is willing to spend $100 for this name?

any one, even if he/she has a tiny bit of specualtive spirit, would sell it for $100....or even twice that?
