I had a custom designed theme done for www.newfiejoke.com and then had it integrated into wordpress.
My intention was to post jokes, news etc... on the site and slowly add features as seen fit. Because of other obligations I cannot work on this site as much so I have chosen to sell it.
The domain itself has been registered 5 + years, it is a popular keyword and ranks on the first page of google under both newfie joke and newfie jokes.
I will send you almost 100 jokes that can be added.
Asking price: $250 US.
