Name has high potential. If nobody is going to buy it in the next few days, i am going to have to just invest the money and develop it. Its a waste just sitting there undeveloped.

Not sure. With a name like this you never know.

Developed into an online magazine (even a print magazine) the name can be worth quite a lot. I've had names bought for very large sums, names that nobody looked at here since they were not high on PPC value. The right clients came aling, saw development value and paid well.

The name is not developed so i am not asking an unreasonable amount. If a respectable offer comes along, i will take it.
