I have a newly developed site. It's probably 2 weeks old. The site is a forum. It has a custom skin developed by a close friend. I'm not sure if there is any real traffic to the site nor is there any ads on the site. All I can say is there is a TON of potential. I will not include the vbulletin license. You will recieve the domain which is registered at enom.
