Hi,
think this could be brandable. regged it for bit of fun as this is how people say it in England when mimicking the 'new yoik' accent. not sure if the same in US. If so , we're cooking. Could be fun site, or brandable goods or just a site all about the big apple & the people in it! what do you think?
cheers, Guy

we do make fun of accents in the Bronks or Staten Island....but I would think this is mostly a typo domain.

just regged, so have no stats. the 'i' is quite a way from the 'r' on the keyboard so not sure about typos.i don't go for typos anyway. i might just bring it along a bit & develop a little. the more i say & see it, the better it gets. if anyone else has any thoughts would appreciate. may just inspire me. cheers, Guy

I was born and raised in the state and have lived in the city and the suburbs. I have never heard this written or pronounced as such...

Fair comment. You're obviously qualified to comment living there!
Must be a UK thing! Check google & you'll be surprised how many times it crops up.Not asa typo, but people mimicking how it sounds. If i develop it a bit, I'll aim it at the UK market & their interest of New York.Travel affiliates etc Which is the market I understand & may be able to nurture.
I think the right graphics will dothe domain justice. Thanks for everyones comments.
It's regfee as it stands then! :hippie:
Check on it in 2 months & see if i manage to pull my finger out! :bolt:
NewYoik! NewYoik!
Cheers, Guy
