I wanna sell http://NewYorkRestaurants.info developed site making about 7-8/month from adsense ads. Its Page rank 2, about 30-35 uniques/day all traffic comeing from searches. It ranks nice on yahoo and msn.

The site its html, the add your restaurant feature its only a email script that will send the info in your email, and you will have to add it on the site

As you see the domain feets perfectly the extension all the major extensions taken only .biz .name .tv available. So think a little at the domain, the revenue, and the site and make your offer

How many restaurants are submitted a month? Were all the ones currently on the site submitted or did you just take those from the yellow pages or something?

The site is about 6 months old, in this time (the site was never advertised) only 4 restaurants were sent in my email, and i added them, as the sumbit restaurant page is only a webtomail script.
Advertising this site a little it can become very famouse as it has content, and i am not from US , i made the site caz i wanted to call the restaurant owners and develop the site more so they pay when they add restaurant (add like featured and stuff)

Also for the right ammount i can develop the site for you.
