yes if you build it. Domain names are not a free ride to milllionaire's row anymore if they ever were. I would say build a forum or directory, market it, drive traffic and maintain stats, then offer it.

i know its not easy.
before i begin buying domains i was playing online poker and i spend too much money. so now with domains i can say i earn some money .thanks to people here in short time i learn few things about domains and i want to learn as more i can .
