Hi all,

As I did'nt have any success listing this in 'Domains with traffic', thought I would try an auction instead.

The site is nissan-navara.net, an owners forum/club for the popular 4x4 truck.

It has averaged 17,000 uniques per month since its launch in September last year, in January it achieved over 20,000 uniques and looks like it will do the same this month.

Adsense revenue last month was $213, its highest so far, it looks like it will do over $170 this month, on average it has been doing $130 or so (I feel it is safe to use this figure as an almost guaranteed return on your investment).

As it is a working forum I don't want it to be destroyed and have it converted into a parking page, as such I would prefer to continue to host it and particpate in the running of the forum, but handover full domain ownership rights and all adsense revenue to the winner of this auction (you can of course have full admin access and full ftp access). If anyone has a problem with these terms, or can suggest another way of doing it to suit them, please get in touch, I am 100% flexible, as well as 100% honest & trustworthy.

If you want more info, the other thread relating to it is here;

http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=208749

Starting bid is $1500 (just 6 -12 months revenue, depending on performance) and bidding will end Monday 19th at 9pm GMT.

If you have any questions of wish to make an offer, PLEASE get in touch, I really need to raise some cash.

Thanks in advance,

Eric.

Due to an apparent lack of interest, please consider this auction closed - I will return to trying to sell the domain/site in 'Domains with traffic'.

Hi Eric,

I feel the problem with your name is the hyphen. premium names do not carry hyphens. Also, the .com and .net extensions without hyphen have already been taken. Even if your site gets huge traffic in future, a large part would divert to those extensions without the hyphen.

Have you noticed that the .com without hyphen was registered just a month back?

pros please comment.
