I understand what you are saying, except the Sedo auction part.![]()
As there are some domainers who give high appraisals just to be kind, there are also those who give crappy appraisals in order to perhaps buy the name for a lower price. I'm not saying that is your intention, so please don't misunderstand.
Anyways, I always appreciate honest appraisals, even though it seems I'm a bit more eager about this domain than you are. Thanks!
More honest appraisals are appreciated.
You had another nice similar domain for appraisal, (itug.com) that you just sold on Sedo.
Don't believe these two names are similar...Itug.com was a great sell for you at $700...IMO worth low xxx.
nnet.com is in a different class.
thats wasnt my point, fact is that most other resellers appraised itug as well at mid $$$$.
All I am saying is that its better to take a more careful and realistic approach as I see many people just putting some number down without even doing 5 minutes research.
I think a high appraisal hurts seller and buyer as price expectations are looked at unrealistic from both ends.
Either way, I applaud everyone that holds a no-reserve auction since I feel thats the best way of determining a real reseller value as many other sales reported are enduser sales, and its always difficult to determine how motivated an end user was.
So I think its great that pcproffenno has the guts to have a no reserve auctions as it helps to determine real reseller values
.
Domain sold already. Congrats to a lucky DNF member.![]()
Can you comment on the price range?
Well, I don't want to reveal the price without the buyer's permission, but I can say that it was sold for a price we were both satisfied with.
