I just checked Sedo and it seems like the domain gets some traffic as well. 60 uniques so far since I parked it yesterday. 2 clicks as well.

Name has received 58, 56 and 60 unique visitors daily since I parked it. Looks like it is getting some revenue as well (€0.31 so far today). Totally unoptimized and parked at Sedo. I am going to change keywords and see if the CTR increases.

I do hope this is typein/typo traffic and not people looking for the website previously developed at nnet.com :)

More comments and/or appraisals are appreciated.
 
Move it to parked.com or somewhere.. :)
There's a popular site here btw nnet.com.uy.. so that might be what they are looking for as well

As there are some domainers who give high appraisals just to be kind, there are also those who give crappy appraisals in order to perhaps buy the name for a lower price. I'm not saying that is your intention, so please don't misunderstand.

What I meant is that a sedo auction is usually a good gauge for value and is exposing those wannabe resellers that BS a high number in appraisals. You had another nice similar domain for appraisal, (itug.com) that you just sold on Sedo. Everybody said its a mid $$$$ domain..blabla..my opinion was its mid $$$ and people disagreed all over the place, and it just went for about $700, so where were all those resellers that said its at least mid $$$$ to a reaseller? I am not interested in appraising low and then making some low offer, I think thats BS, but I think a more realistic approach to valuations is helpful rather than just throwing numbers out.
Those that see themselves as real resellers should have at least bid it up to 2k if they actually thought its mid $$$$ to a reseller.

Don't believe these two names are similar...Itug.com was a great sell for you at $700...IMO worth low xxx.

nnet.com is in a different class.

thats wasnt my point, fact is that most other resellers appraised itug as well at mid $$$$.

All I am saying is that its better to take a more careful and realistic approach as I see many people just putting some number down without even doing 5 minutes research.

I think a high appraisal hurts seller and buyer as price expectations are looked at unrealistic from both ends.

Either way, I applaud everyone that holds a no-reserve auction since I feel thats the best way of determining a real reseller value as many other sales reported are enduser sales, and its always difficult to determine how motivated an end user was.

So I think its great that pcproffenno has the guts to have a no reserve auctions as it helps to determine real reseller values

Yes, I agree that high appraisals make for unreasonable expectations.

However I feel that apprasals on this site are pretty good for the most part...
