Hi, I just posted this:
http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=169893&highlight=.ca

in the appraisal section, before I found this section.

I'm curious what the general view is re: the values of NNN.ca domains (e.g. 767.ca, 895.ca, 627.ca)

I guess since I already started the thread over there, I'll just leave this as a link to that, to prevent 2 threads from going on at once.

Thanks

I'll give you some examples...

NNN.COM go for mid $X,XXX
NNN.NET go for high $XXX

501.CA which has dropped @ Pool is currently at $90...Agree on pricing you might have for end-users, but unfortunately how are you going to find an end-user that needs NNN?

as far as I know all the NNN.ca (above 100) are gone, but the remainders were bought up by a speculator, it's not because they are in high demand by end users yet. Value right now is probably low to high xxx for most of them. I own three which I bought last year for investment purposes, anticipating that they would all eventually get bought up.

yeah depending on the numbers. Like 401 for the terrible highway in and around Toronto. Then of course area codes like 604 or 250. I would pay into the low $xxx for those if available.

NNN.ca's don't seem to be a high demand as of yet but like most of the .ca's, I believe they will go up. I only own one NNN.ca (520.ca).

do you reckon nnn.ca are worth more than nnn.us then?
