Marchex owns about 75,000 domains that represent a specific zip code. To answer your question though, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If Marchex (or someone else) wants it bad enough, it could be worth a lot (i.e $XXX-X,XXX depending on the location). If they don't, chances are it won't be worth more than reg fee. Good luck.
