I think the entire race was run in the rain anyway. Didn't matter - Fellows was going to win anyway. He has more driving experience on a road course in the rain than the NASCAR rednecks, and the Open Wheel crossover drivers who made up the rest of the field. And he's driving a Hendrick Motorsports Chevy fielded by JR Motorsports. They should have just handed him the win and saved the fossil fuel for someone who needs it!
