No Comments or Commentary in Sales Threads

The only comments in a sales post should be a direct question about the sale of the domain that a potential buyer has or posting "SOLD" to claim the domain name

I posted a domain that sold, and usually I will go in and delete the domain name from the sales thread, as this is what most buyers want. But someone commented with an "appraisal" that included the domain name. So now I can't easily just delete the domain name from the sales thread, because someone else is reposting the domain name, and specifically someone who is not the actual buyer

Thank you. Yes, it is a good idea to make it seen to new users who haven't learnt yet the culture of using forums and their marketplaces.
