Your opinion. Is a 4 letter uncommon, noncommercial, dictionary word .biz worth anything?

What about common, noncommercial, 6 letter domain .ws with ~6000 searches per month on overture?

I don't think it would be worth anything as general .biz names are not very popular. .biz extension was introduced for commercial purposes i.e for businesses so I think buying an uncommon, non commercial, dictionary word .biz would just be a waste of money.

Might have some value however if you could specify the names that would be a proper way to judge their values.
