IMHO the pair NorthIsland.mobi and SouthIsland.mobi is an inexpensive equivalent for the reserved name NewZealand.mobi, which is expected to be offered by .mobi TLD at a dear price during the 2007 year auctions:
Besides being a rich resort, North Island together with South Island, has another meaning: the two islands are two main parts of New Zealand, which is in fact located on these two islands. More info in Wikipedia:

Plus, there are many other North and South Islands in the world, and some of them may be attractive resorts or recreation places, like the North Island in Seychelles mentionerd in the beginning of this thread. Just do a Gogle search.
Starting price: $300 for NorthIsland.mobi; $200 for SouthIsland.mobi; or $450 for both.
