A word of sage advice when brokering client names ... Unless it's a fire sale, think of the sales and marketing process as more a marathon than a horse race. Patience is a virtue, and generally pays handsome dividends to both the broker and, most importantly, the client.

I just realized the title of this thread says Viajet.net. It should say Viaje.net, which means "travel" in Spanish.
