You may want to tell Sedo that when they request a contract be filled out in order to complete a sale, they actually HAVE a contract on their site rather than a link that leads to an empty page:

The link to the contracts should be functioning now, it did not work for some versions, due to a bug. This has no been repaired and all users should be able to acess the link.
