Since you have someone interested, it has value. However, there is no way to appraise this name. It's only good if your company that is named Notorious Media. Just feel the buyer out and set a price. I wouldn't go too high. I'd say ask $1000, settle for $200.

I had a feeling this might be the feedback I'd get, since most of the appraisal threads with higher values given are either keyword rich or have type in value.
