Traffic and revenue is very minimal ... I don't even track it - the value of it is in branding; resale. I've had numerous inquiries, including some low 4-figure offers, over the past year.

Overture score for phrase "nude coeds" (not the domain) is 3981. Some big adult players have sites that use the phrase / focus on nude coeds.

I thought this was the case... to put it into perspective I have one PR3 and one PR4 XXX which make $5/day each yet can't command a x20 month revenue premium..

There is much value in branding alone; resale value - traffic, while an important aspect, isn't the only criteria of valuing a domain name.
