I'd say Verisign's WLS is the main problem Dotster is facing right now.

Yep, no more $1000+ bids at NameWinner if someone has used the WLS to lock in an expiring name. No more bids at all, probably. So no more NameWinner. There goes a lucrative business channel for Dotster.
