I had an offer to buy this domain back in the boom, but it fell through as the market busted. The same person contacted me recently and is again interested in buying the domain. He is offering $3900, but I think it is worth more based on the domain (more so than the traffic).

I am considering all offers over $3900.

I'm not selling the site content because it would be a huge pain transferring the database, but the script I used is under $100.

It's not making much at all with Adsense; you'll notice Adsense is only on a couple of the pages. The complete referral numbers can be found at the URL in the original post; just click on a month and scroll down closer to the bottom.
