well schooled in.. Site has a lot of potential. We were thinking of making it membership based which would give the new owner a nice income. Site is

Total bandwidth used last month was about 28 gigs. Site is complete with an admin panel that allows you to administer posts, delete users, review last
100 plus signups, and multiple other functions.

The banners belong to us. The site is not currently earning any revenue, however this could quickly change if the new owner changed the site to a membership based subscription site. We feel with our daily uniques of 1040 users if we were able to covert 10% of those people to a paying member at $5 per month, the monthly revenue would be about $500. This is just a projection, even a 5% conversion rate would still bring $250. There is also the advertising opps which we have never tried for. Script is custom.
