domain already sold to me via PM

Not true. Please do not misspell the facts.

33 hours ago you have received the PM message confirming the Paypal fees on top of your $825 offer:
$825+fees paypal - A have asked you to confirm ...
but you have ignored and didn't reply (I don't know why...)

So, your offer remained unconfirmed....
Sorry, dude.

Regards,
DNP

dude, we already have a deal I agreed to, I have the PM's to prove it. You sent me back a price yesterday and I replied with "DEAL."
I asked for your paypal address to make payment.

You are going to honor the deal you made with me, correct?

My offer I sent you was $800 and you replied back with $825 plus paypal fee and it's a deal, which I replied back DEAL to that and said I will send you the $825 you asked for, and since I said "deal" that means obviously I would include the paypal fee as it's not much extra and no big deal really..and I have been waiting for your paypal info to make payment and had been offline until now...

If in the interim you got a higher offer, our deal supersedes that since I had agreed to your price you gave me, the PM I sent you is still in my sent items as well as your offer you sent me in my inbox that I immediately accepted..so I am assuming you are going to do the right thing here? I'm awaiting your payment info still.

There is not any offers or confirmed or unconfirmed BS, you gave me a BIN price via PM yesterday and I replied back DEAL and accepted which you received. The responsibility lies on you to send me back the info to make payment which i assumed would be in my PM box when I got online today but found you are now offering the domain for sale, so please let me and the rest of the forum know what you intend on doing here so I know which way to go on this matter.

ok, lets roll it back and check:

YOU: I offer you a full $800 for it paypal, offer good for 12 hours..ready to go cash in hand.

FROM ME: $825+fees paypal and it's yours. I have another 2 offers. Frankly, $25 and $50 lower then yours but have not bargain with those guys yet...

YOU: DEAL. I will send you $825 for it. I'm off to get some sleep, PM me back your paypal info and let me know where it's reg'd etc for the push and we will wrap it up later this afternoon when I get back online.

FROM ME: $825+fees paypal

YOU: (33 hours later): nothing...

1. You knew about other offers and some interest to this domain from other parties
2. I didn't confirmed my Paypal address and did not confirmed it with "SOLD" or "DEAL"
3. You have indicated originally that your offer is valid for 12 hours only and I listed the domain fo sale after 33 hours of silence from you and not confirming Paypall fees payable by buyer.

Thx.

I had already agreed with DEAL. Obviously you are going to sell it out from under me and that's why you did not send me back your paypal info..It's ok just at least be honest about it and that you will ruin your rep and not honor the offer you made me over a $200 difference, please don't try to make it seem like I did anything wrong ok..you gave me a price, I agreed (as you have noted above) and when I first got online today around 5:15 I sent you ANOTHER pm asking for your paypal address since you had not sent it to me.

me -
DEAL.
I will send you $825 for it. I'm off to get some sleep, PM me back your paypal info and let me know where it's reg'd etc for the push and we will wrap it up later this afternoon when I get back online.

Cheers,

Chris

so again, I want to assume you are planning on doing the right thing here..are you going to honor the deal we made that YOU offered? At this point I have believed you are a professional seller and ethical domainer, we all know that once someone gives BIN price and you accept and reply back "DEAL" then it's a DONE DEAL. I have no problem with this as you can see from my feedback buying MANY domains here on DNF as well as selling them, so again, please send me your paypal info to make payment for the deal we have made yesterday before you put this domain up for sale today.

No... you made some post in beetwen:
http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=200594
http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=200591

But ignored my PM where I marked and bolded the "Paypal Fees"

It's not reasonable to provide anyone with paypal email when your red bold "paypal fees payable by buyer" confirmation has been ignored for 33 hours.

- .no offer has just arrived (may be confirmed by him)!
- BIN price? There was not any BIN price setup, the conversation braked down at the point when the Paypal fees required to be confirmed by you... and now you are trying to show it as a done/finalyzed deal :)))

DNP

Sometimes it's not easy to do the right thing and our judgement can become clouded by $$$ matters, but you need to do the right thing here and honor our deal I made with you in good faith or certainly myself and many other members on this forum will not be doing any business with you in the future. The $200 difference will cost you more like 20k in the long run. Or, you can do the right thing & show everyone what an ethical and honest domain seller you are and complete our deal we agreed to mutually yesterday. You offered = I accepted. It's very clear. Ok?

I have many PM's in my box and actually did not notice you sent me back a PM bolding the price again...I had already agreed to the price you sent with DEAL, maybe this was your way of backing out? A DEAL IS A DEAL IS A DEAL. I did not say, "I won't pay paypal fees"..I said DEAL. So any confusion was on your end, this does not cancel out what you offered me. Payment would have been made already but you still have not given me the address to send it to. So you have now stalled and gotten a higher offer and put the domain up for sale on the forum, this is called very bad business ethics and if you do not honor this deal I will make sure a legal remedy is sought as well as action taken on this forum regading this.

This is what the seller Pm'd me which I replied back "DEAL" to.

Chris

$825+fees paypal and it's yours. I have another 2 offers. Frankly, $25 and $50 lower then yours but have not bargain with those guys yet...

what am I missing here? is this ok to just not honor deals on our forum?

There is no "confirming" or "re-confirming" a BIN offer or BIN acceptance that I made..it's worded very clear that my offer was the HIGHEST at the time and he wanted slightly more + fee, so I responded back and sais "DEAL" and that I would send the money and what was the paypal address...if this is not going to be taken seriously then obviously anyone can do whatever the heck they want here and break deals and the mods just turn the other way. Is this the case?

Do not try to select some PM's from the whole context.
Where is your prompt and respectful reply on my fees confirmation question?

It is disrespectful unprofessional to ignore someone’s PMs.

DNP: $1000 for the domain (original price)

Mocus: I offer you a full $800 for it paypal, offer good for 12 hours..ready to go cash in hand.

DNP: $825+fees paypal and it's yours. I have another 2 offers. Frankly, $25 and $50 lower then yours but have not bargain with those guys yet...

Mocus: DEAL. I will send you $825 for it.

READ “SEND”. SO NO Paypal fees would be added.

DNP: 825 + Paypal Fees

After 33 hours of silence and ignoring I have listed the domain for sale (without any BIN price).

Thx.

I DO NOT consider a deal as DONE with the party that ignoring my PM's for 33 hours and rushing with obtaining seller's paypal email without finalyzing fees and etc.

The sale is cancelled.

Just for another opinion on this situation.
Similar has happened to me. Now I do not know exactly what has happened but IF Mocus is correct on this circumstance DNP should honour the deal. The best way to deal with this Mocus is to PM .no and explain the situation. If you are the honest one here I am sure he will withdraw the offer and act proffesionally.

DNF is being ruined by the devaluation of TR, and the abundance of scammers orientated by $$$. Sort it out.

I think you need to honor the deal...after all, how much are the paypal fees? Do you really believe that Mocus would pay 825 for a domain name, then let it go due to minimal PayPal fees?

The term "fees" was mentioned 2 times by me in PMs but Mocus even after that posted "I will send you $825 for it", so I do not see readiness to add the fees to the transaction.

The sale is cancelled.
