Odd Traffic Increase

Any ideas what happened ...

I have a domain that gets me 20 - 25 uniques per day for the 2 years I've had it - yesterday, it got 1600 uniques.

Did someone gift me with traffic?

The worst part - no sales out of all that traffic ...

An the traffic is high again this am.

I think, in my laziness, I pointed a couple of other domains (low traffic) to it - I will separate them and see what domain is actually getting the traffic.

No, none at all.

It was like clockwork, 20 - 25 uniques per day, then it jumped! Although I am attributing it to a CJ error for now - no sales whatsoever yesterday or today (over 300 uniques so far).

Google just updated, maybe one of your urls got picked up in the rankings.

Why don't you check your log file for referrals? It will show from where your visitors are coming (unless type-ins).
