What do you make of this? Anybody else got something similar?

How does he know how many domains you have? Are all of them listed at Afternic, and if so, why does he need a spreadsheet, since they are all viewable at Afternic?

if serious ,why would he/she use afternic's mailing system - why not look your email up on the whois and then send you a 'real' email ?

i just don't like to give out much information about my invetory to someone who has to hide themself behind afternic's mailing service - this way you don't even know his/her email ...

everything about that mail is crap.

I would respond to them. There are some people trying to pick up thousands of names to build large portfolios and it makes sense for them to buy other's portfolios at a lower per unit cost. At least email them back to see what kind of a response you get.
